These recent events are nothing short of appalling. One of our own murdered by a Muggleborn. What I say in here is strictly my own thoughts and nothing of an official nature.
However, I am both shocked and disgusted that a Muggleborn would deem to stoop this low.
My condolences to the family in this horrific time. A parent should never have to bury their child. |

I am certain by now the bad news has reached everyone. My wife in deed lost her child, a blow I never expected to feel. But the most important thing is that she is healthy -- or as healthy as one can be in the circumstances.

It seems there has been some complications with my wife's pregnancy and the outcome does not look good. She is fine, but it does not look as if the child will be. It is day-to-day but the Healers are not holding out much hope at this point.
Please, I request that she receive no visitors at the time being. Her condition is delicate and I do not wish to complicate things. I do know, though, that she would appreciate flowers if that is your preference.

Being in Greece once more makes me remember just how much I have missed being there. There is something about the scenery and the people there that is truly wonderful. There's a similar feeling in Italy though not quite the same. I think it has something to do with the Aegean.
It is a place that, perhaps one day, I would own a villa. Would that suit well with you, Nymphadora?
I suppose that, given our return from the honeymoon it would be fitting to announce that Nymphadora and I are expecting our first child. A little girl, set to join our family sometime around July. |

I am happy to announce that Nymphadora Carrow nee Black and I were married in a small civil ceremony Monday afternoon. Of course, the public wedding will still take place as previously announced on the Fifteenth of November.
I will say it has been quite the eventful and successful week between our Lord's victory over the Ministry in Ireland as well as my marriage. If things continue as they are, it will be quite the fortuitous ending to the year. |

Well, that was certainly an interesting turn of events now wasn't it? And no, I am not untangling the cryptic statement so do not waste ink asking me to do so.
Plans for the wedding are going along just fine. Or, at least, so Druella tells me. If she wishes to plan it, one less thing I need to take care of. |
